Piotr Polanowski, CFA, Managing Partner, Synergia+

Piotr Polanowski is responsible for managing corporate finance transactions in both the public and private sectors, equity and debt financing, equity and asset valuations, restructuring and financial analysis and due diligence within transaction processes.

He holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst, he is the Vice President of the CFA Society Poland. He participates in domestic and international arbitrage disputes and court proceedings as an expert in financial analysis and valuation of companies.

Piotr Polanowski has been engaged in the corporate finance advisory and investment banking since 2000, including: Deloitte & Touche CE – tax & legal due diligence department, Trigon Capital AS, FinCo Group S.A., DELTA Capital Group Sp. z o.o.

Piotr specializes in the energy sector, heavy industry, financial and technological sectors. His market experience includes a number of projects in the scope of: public and private offerings, buy and sale transactions (including privatization), due diligence, financial modelling and valuations, restructuring plans and  forensic.

He has graduated from the University of London, King’s College London, BSc Business Management and Warsaw School of Economics, MSc Finance and Banking. He speaks fluently in English and French.
