Diana Nikolaeva is a Partner in EY Bulgaria. She is leading the Transaction Advisory Services offering in a number of Balkan countries and the Quality & Risk Management function in all countries in the Central and South-East region of EY in Europe. Her leadership experience includes numerous projects related to valuation of the tangible and intangible assets, purchase price allocation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate management, financial analysis and investments consulting, restructuring and financial due diligence services. For more than 27 years she runs projects in energy sector, banking and financial institutions, transport and communications, real estates, privatization, etc.
Diana is a member of the Business Valuation Board for the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). She is also a member of the CFA Institute (USA) and a CFA Charter holder, a member of the Chamber of the Professional Valuers in Bulgaria and a licensed appraiser.
Diana has a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy. She is a graduate from the Pew Economic Freedom Fellows Programme of Georgetown University, Washington D.C. (USA).
Diana is actively involved in various community initiatives aimed at enhancing women’s engagement in the modern business world.
