Milos is a partner in a consulting company WM Equity Partners from Belgrade (Serbia) and a portfolio manager in an asset management company FIMA Invest. He has a rich working experience in a Private Equity related transactions. He participated in a number of Private Equity transactions in Serbia and the SEE region as both investor and sell/buy side transaction advisor. He was leading several large business reorganization and transformation projects creating value by realizing both operational and financial reorganizations in a post Private Equity transaction environment. He actively cooperates with the IFC in Serbia on promoting and implementing good corporate governance practices in Serbian companies. Milos is a CFA charterholder since 2014, possesses portfolio management license issued by the Serbian Security Exchange Commission and since 2015 he is a member of the European Association of Turnaround Professionals. Milos speaks English language.
