Vedrana Jelušić Kašić, Investment Director, CEE Equity

Vedrana Jelušić Kašić, Director, Regional Head of Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and Slovakia, EBRD, responsible for delivery of the Bank’s strategy and business plan through advancing broad base of policy reforms and investments and management of Resident Offices in four countrues. Prior to the current position, Ms Jelušić Kašić was managing EBRD investments in Agribusiness in CSEE where she led over 40 transactions exceeding EUR 1 billion and served as a Non-Executive Board Member at several food, beverage and retail corporates throughout the region. She joined the EBRD in London as the Analyst for Ukraine, Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus and Moldova in 1998.

Prior business experience was accumulated at Raiffeisen Bank in Croatia, Merrill Lynch Private Client Group in the US, the Croatian National Bank and Monte Titoli in Italy.  Ms Jelušić Kašić holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance from the Brandeis University, Massachusetts, USA, and BA from the University of Economics in Zagreb. She completed financial coursework at Wirtschaftsuniversität and Institut für Wirtschaftwissenschaften in Vienna and is a holder of the Non-Executive Director Diploma by The Financial Times, London, UK.
